The pressure dew point of compressed air is the temperature at which the water vapour contained within it condenses into a liquid.
With a low of -40°C expected in Alberta this week, your air should be dried to at least a -47°C pressure dewpoint to prevent freezing issues.
Therefore, air dryers (such as the one below) are a critical piece of equipment in a well-designed air compression system!
