Its oxidative resistance prevents oil cooler plugging and carbon deposits, while superb water separation eliminates moisture to prevent rust and viscosity dilution. This leads to energy savings by maintaining fluid consistency and reducing energy consumption.

FSE-TurboCool FG

FSE-TurboCool FG is a superior food-grade lubricant for centrifugal compressors, offering extended oil drain periods of up to 16,000 hours. It meets H1 requirements for incidental food contact (FDA 21 CFR 178.3570), ensuring safety and compliance.

Its oxidative resistance prevents oil cooler plugging and carbon buildup on rotating components. Excellent water separation eliminates excess moisture to prevent rust and viscosity dilution, leading to energy savings by reducing fluid thickening and energy consumption.

FSE-TurboCool CC is engineered to efficiently and safely clean heavily varnished air compressors without requiring shutdown. It revolutionizes maintenance by enabling ‘on-the-fly’ cleaning, reducing costs and downtime, and maintaining compressor performance without disruption.

It restores lubricant solvency and oxidative stability, making contaminants easier to filter out and preventing harmful sludge particles from circulating. Note: FSE-TurboCool CC is only compatible with hydrocarbon-based lubricants.

Offering up to 3 years or 24,000 hours of continuous protection against oxidation and thermal stress, it minimizes wear, deposits, and sludge formation. With excellent air release and foaming resistance, it's recommended for FS-Elliott Polaris and PAP compressors and is compatible with most seals, hoses, and metals.
